The short version Open every day. The kitchen rests from three to five. No bookings, just come in.
- When are you open?

Every day, from half seven in the morning until late.
The room changes with the day: coffee and bread first thing, lunch from midday, coffee and something sweet from three to five, burgers and dinner in the evening.
- Do you take bookings?

No. Just come in.
If the room is full we'll take your name, hand you a coffee, and come find you when a table opens up. It usually doesn't take long.
- Why does the kitchen stop in the afternoon?

From three to five the kitchen rests. Coffee and something sweet keep going, and that's it.
That's on purpose. The people who made your lunch are the people making your dinner, and we'd rather they sat down for a bit than sent out something they weren't proud of.
- Can I order ahead?

Yes. Order ahead, pick a time, and collect in store. Your food is made to your slot, not left waiting under a lamp.
If you're ordering for the whole office, get it in by ten in the morning and we'll have it ready before the lunch rush.
- What kind of food is it?

Sandwiches and brunch through the day, burgers in the evening. Some of it will read familiar, some of it won't. There's kimchi in the tuna melt because that's how we make it at home.

- Do you serve drinks?

With food, yes. A short list of beer and wine sits alongside the evening menu, chosen to go with what's on your plate.
- I have an allergy. Who do I talk to?

Anyone behind the counter, before you order. We keep a full list of what's in everything, and we'd genuinely rather talk it through than have you guess.
- Where are you?

Central London. The exact address lands here the day we sign the lease, and the doors open a little while after that.
