• The email address you type into the signup form.
• The date and time you submitted it.
• The two letter country code your connection reports. Our host adds this automatically. We do not store your IP address.

To send you one email when we open. That is the whole purpose. We do not profile you, we do not sell or share your address for marketing, and we do not send anything else unless you later ask us to.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your address.

Until we open and send that email, and then for up to six months after, in case you want to stay on a future mailing list. After that we delete it. If the business does not open, we delete everything.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the list on our behalf as a data processor. Nobody else has access. We have not connected this site to any analytics, advertising or tracking service, and we do not set cookies.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or restrict how we use it;
• hand it to you in a portable format.

Email privacy@bornandbreaduk.com and we will act within one month. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
